SHORT TENDER NOTICE
In order to ensure
uninterrupted power supply within the premises, the National Police Academy, Sector
H-11, Islamabad intends to purchase and install one unit Diesel Drive Generator
with the following Specifications from GST registered firms, which have vast experience
in supply/installation of the Generators :-

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
Only G.S.T/NTN registered, well reputed/established companies/firms/sole agents/authorized
dealers who have vast experience in supplying and installation of the power supply
Generators to the Government departments/private sectors may submit their sealed
tenders FOR National Police Academy Sector H-11, Islamabad to the undersigned within
15 days from the date of Publication of this notice on the PPRA website or till
29
May 2009 whichever is later.
2.
The companies/firms /sole agents/authorized dealers will have to attach a call deposit
valuing to the 05 % of the quoted rates in favour of the undersigned. The call deposits
so received will be returned to the unsuccessful companies/firms/sole agents/authorized
dealers within 01 week after opening of the tenders/bids. Whereas, call deposit
of the successful company/firm/sole agent/authorized dealer will be returned on
completion of the required work and expiry of the warranty period.
3.
During the agreed period, the successful company/firm/sole agent/authorized dealer
will be responsible for completion of the job and satisfactory working of the power
supply Generator.
4.
The successful company/firm/sole agent/authorized dealer will have to supply the
Generator and complete its installation within 60 days after issuance of the work
order.
5.
Competing companies/firms/sole agents/authorized dealers may indicate their complete
mailing addresses, with landline Telephone, Fax, Cell Nos. and E-mail outside the
sealed tender/bids.
6.
Sealed tenders/bids
must reach the Academy till 1100 hours on
Wednesday the 29th
May, 2009
.
7.
The Departmental Committee of NPA will open the tenders/bids on the same day at
1130 hours in the presence of the authorized representatives of the competing companies/firms/sole
agents/authorized dealers.
8.
Departmental Committee of NPA reserves the rights to reject anyone or all bids/tenders
or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid/tender or proposal. The Departmental
Committee however, upon written request of the competing company/firm/sole agent/authorized
dealer will communicate the grounds for rejection of any/ all the tenders/bids or
proposals but the same is not required to justify those grounds.
9.
In-complete or post-dated tenders/bids will not be accepted at all.
