SHORT TENDER NOTICE
|
On the following terms & conditions, the National Police Academy, Sector H-11,
Islamabad invites sealed Tenders/Bids/Qoutations from the reputed, financially sound
and NTN/GST registered firms/vendors/contractors having sufficient man power resources
in the relevant fields Renovation of Officers
Mess of National Police Academy. Detail can be obtained from the office of undersigned.

Terms & Conditions:
|
- Firms/vendors/contratctors will have to attach a call
deposit valueing to the 10% of the qouted rates in favour the undersigned. The call
deposit so recieved will be returned to the unsuccessful firms with in 01 week after
opening of the tenders/bids. whereas, call deposit of the successful firm/vendor/contractor
will be returned on completion of the required work and expiry of the warranty period.
- During agreed period, the successful firms will be responsible
for the completion of the satisfactory job.
- The successful firm will have to start the job within
10 days after issueance of the work order.
- Competing firms/vendors/contractors may indicate their
complete addresses, with landline telephone, fax, cell numbers and email addresses
outside the sealed envelops.
- sealed tenders/bids must reach to the academy till 1100
Hrs on Wednesday, the 10th of the September; 2008.
- the departmental committee of NPA will open the tenders/bids
on the same day at 1130 Hrs in the presence of the authorised representatives of
the competing firms/vendors/contractors.
- Departmental commitee of NPA reserve the right to reject
anyone or all of the tenders/bids without assigning any reasons.
- In-complete or post-dated tenders/bids will not be accpted
at all.
